After completing work on a large research project exploring exercise as a treatment for depression in young people, a team in the School of Health Sciences Nottingham wanted a creative way in which to showcase these findings. Scientific research papers are generally inaccessible to the general population, and most importantly, to those who might benefit from the research. This leaflet was designed to present such findings in an informative and visually interesting way for young people.
