Mental Health is now being highlighted in the media and through awareness campaigns more than ever before. Run by the IoMH, this booklet was designed alongside and in collaboration with a group of young people who meet each week to talk and share their stories. The content of the booklet is based on these personal experiences and with beautiful, thought-provoking poems written by the group members themselves. An illustrative style was used throughout to try and convey the difficult and emotional subject matter.
